Kicking off the holiday season with a little celebration and a lot of gratitude 🎄🥂✨

I’ll be honest, I haven’t been the best at posting consistently this year, but it has been such a productive, fun, and fulfilling year, both personally and professionally. Sometimes that just means being busy doing the work and enjoying the moments along the way 💛

This weekend we had a great night celebrating at the Keller Williams Holiday party. Such a fun way to officially kick off the festive season 🎉 Alongside that, I’m sharing the latest market stats 📊 and a few recent closings to celebrate 🏡🔑

▪️ Home sales were down year over year & New listings also pulled back

▪️ Prices continued to rise, with the local and provincial average up again. A reminder that pricing, preparation, and strategy matter more than ever in this market

Steady increases across the board this Fall in both Halifax and the overall Nova Scotia market 🇨🇦🌊 The pace has leveled into a healthy balance after the heat of the Spring and Summer seasons, creating great opportunities for both buyers and sellers 🏠️
