Avec aussi plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans la gestion et la vente, aussi dans le commerce de détail, être aujourd’hui agent immobilier est pour moi une suite logique dans ma carrière. Mon expérience comme designer intérieur peut vous simplifier la vie. Comme designer d’intérieur je pratique le home staging. Cette technique permet la revitalisation de votre propriété avec un budget limité. Il est très important de bien comprendre que le home staging n’est pas une dépense mais un investissement, car en plus de mettre en valeur votre demeure celle-ci se démarquera des autres sur le marché, ce qui peut accélérer la vente et voir même un prix plus élevé. L’investissement devrait représenter entre 1 et 3 % de la valeur de votre propriété. Pour ce qui est de l’acheteur de maison mon travail consiste à comprendre vos besoins présent et future et les transformer en la maison de vos rêves adapter à votre budget.
