Tour Tuesday.

Stop one was a century semi in Belleville's East End, renovated top to bottom. New electrical, new bath, big bedrooms upstairs. The best part: when the walls came open to redo the wiring, the owners found old artifacts inside them. Instead of tossing them, they framed them and displayed them through the house.

Stop two was a century two storey sitting right around $300,000. It needs work, but high ceilings, a double garage and a big yard make it a solid project house for a flipper or an investor.

On the market, new listings are starting to come up as sellers get ready for fall, our second busiest season. July's average sale price came down a little again, not dramatic, but enough to matter. The real question is whether we are at the bottom yet.
