We started unboxing them this morning, and a customer showed up while the largest model was still sitting on its shipping skid—and bought it right away!

We tested the other models in our own parking lot, and they work great. We now have only four remaining.

Another big step forward at Belmont Business Park! 💪

Some days remind you that no one builds something worthwhile alone.

Today was one of those days.

🌳 Phil from Dale Equipment came out and saved the day by first fixing our flat tire on the skidsteer last minute and by cutting down a massive tree stump, making room for more storage containers.

🚗 Nick helped us assemble the long-awaited parking signs that will make finding parking spaces much easier.

🚛 Clark’s Towing expertly moved seven 40-foot shipping containers to their new locations as we continue working toward our final yard layout.

🚜 And a huge thank you to John, who helped us pick up our new land plane leveler from Etobicoke. It’s going to help us keep our gravel parking lot smooth and looking its best for our customers.

It’s amazing what can be accomplished when good people come together with a common goal.

We’re getting closer every day to completing the final layout at Belmont Business Park. What started as a vision years ago is becoming a reality, one project, one improvement, and one helping hand at a time.

To everyone who has supported us, worked alongside us, or cheered us on—thank you. We truly couldn’t do it without you.

Big things are built one line at a time.

This week at Belmont Business Park, we painted 50 parking spots — and to some people, that might just look like yellow lines on asphalt.

But to us, it means progress.

It means more organized parking, a cleaner first impression, better space for our tenants and customers, and another step forward in building Belmont into something we can all be proud of.

When we bought this place, it needed a lot of love. Every improvement — big or small — is part of the bigger vision: creating a better business park, a better storage facility, and a place where local businesses can grow.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, rented from us, worked with us, and cheered us on along the way.

Midnight at Belmont Business Park… and the lines are going down! 🌙🚧

While most people are sleeping, we’ve got the crew out here painting fresh parking lot lines and making Belmont look sharp. Nothing says “business park glow-up” like bright lights, asphalt, and a hardworking crew at midnight.

A huge thank you to our tenants for moving vehicles and being patient while we get this done. We know it’s a bit of an inconvenience, but the fresh lines will make the lot cleaner, safer, and way easier to navigate.
