Job Description
Part-time Job, Potentially full time.
Salary: $25 Per hour
For this position we are looking for a person with the skills and experience in a wide range of repairs, around homes, apartments and building in general. His tasks will include trade skills, repair work, maintenance work, mainly interior, but not limited to that. The successful candidate will be call upon to perform all repair works, do the odd jobs; such as fix-up tasks. These will specifically be light plumbing jobs, fixing a leaky toilet, light electric jobs such as changing a light fixture or bulb. Most importantly, the candidate must be aware that the job will at times include painting, drywall repair, remodelling, minor plumbing work, minor electrical work, household carpentry, Sheetrock, crown moulding, and furniture assembly, etc..
