Katharine Loucaidou led a business planning day with a FULL HOUSE of attendees, emphasizing the importance of having a plan and knowing how to achieve goals.

Attendees were encouraged to think about their individual purpose, family goals, team goals, mindset, opportunities, and legacy. Katharine shared her own goals and encouraged attendees to share theirs as well. She stressed the importance of finding one's zone of genius and working at one's highest level, and encouraged attendees to think about how they can change lives, transform their mindset, recognize opportunities, and leave a positive legacy.

During the meeting, Katharine emphasized the need to be specific and not vague when setting goals, and to break them down into 90-day increments. She also stressed the importance of keeping things simple in all aspects of life, including real estate.

She encouraged her team to break down complex concepts for clients and to focus on personal branding. Additionally, she discussed the importance of setting achievable goals and planning experiences to improve relationships.
Katharine also led a discussion on goal setting and wealth building. She explained the difference between income and wealth and emphasized the importance of setting financial goals. Loucaidou broke down the process of making $𝟏 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬 and highlighted the need to save and invest for long-term wealth.

The group concluded that building wealth is a matter of setting clear goals, breaking them down into achievable steps, and leveraging resources to achieve them.

Finally, Katharine discussed the importance of setting goals and breaking them down into manageable steps. She stressed the importance of making commitments to health, relationships, income, and productivity. She also inspired the team to set goals and take action by visualizing their dreams and asking "how" to achieve them.
