Responsibilites:
1. Repairs and Maintenance
•Timely response to Tenant maintenance requests received from Tenant Services Coordinator
•Diagnose and confirm maintenance issues via site visits
•Work with Tenant Services Coordinator to schedule Licensed Contractors for more technical repairs
•Work with Tenant Services Coordinator to coordinate and schedule Specialists appointments, such as Pest Control, Furnace Maintenance, etc.
•Complete a Work Order in Housecall Pro for each appointment, including tracking time, notes, pictures of the materials and hours
•Inspect properties during Tenant turn-over, report on any repairs and maintenance that might be required and complete the Outgoing/Incoming Inspection Checklists.
•Respond to Emergency maintenance issues with Tenant response and site visit. Dispatch Licensed Contractor, if required
2. Conduct Preventative Maintenance Inspections
•Contact Tenants to schedule semi-annual Preventative Maintenance Inspections. List of properties to be provided by Tenant Services Coordinator.
•Conduct Inspections, including Fire/CO detectors, using the company’s Preventative Maintenance Inspection Procedure.
•Work with Tenant Services Coordinator to log and track any maintenance deficiencies identified in the inspection, ensuring the Preventative Checklist is completed and all relevant information is logged.
3. Additional Responsibilities

•Work with the Vice President of Operations on larger renovation projects, including, but not limited to, determining scope of project, material requirements, labour estimates, additional resources required and completion of required tasks.
•On occasion, perform maintenance tasks, such as grass cutting, snow removal, garbage/rubbish removal, custodial duties, purchase/pickup/delivery of various items, as required.
Qualifications:
•Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
•Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
•Ability to handle physical workload
•Deadline and detail-oriented
