Project Brooklin update!
First things first… what am I doing here?!? I’ve had this question a number of times, so…
This is a house that had a long term tenant, one who abused the house, like basically destroyed it 🤦🏼‍♂️ so now we are going in and breathing some new life back into the house so we can get the best return on investment when we need to sell it!
Why? Buyers right now often don’t have money back, or the skills to be able to improve a house, so houses that need repairs are either not selling, or selling for low prices.
So, having an agent that can handle small (you need new counters? Got it) or large (full overhaul 😵‍💫) in your corner can make all the difference on how much you net at the don the sale of your house!

What do I need to do to get my house ready for sale?!?

I hear this question constantly.

The answer isn’t always the same. Some need more, some need less. Some communities demand a certain standard, others are looking for a different offering.

This client came to me with a problem. A once beautiful house, now completely ruined by a careless tenant. They wanted to sell, but there was no way it would sell in its current condition.

So we came up with a plan. Not a lipstick approach, but one that I know will get the house sold quickly, and for a great price. What once was the worst house on the street will soon be the talk of the town for a different reason.

The plan here is to maximize the ROI while also providing a finished product that the next owners will be excited to move into and where new family memories can be made.
