You never know what someone is carrying.

A few sincere words can stay with a person long after the conversation ends.

If someone made your day easier, tell them.
If a friend is doing something they’re proud of, tell them.
If someone inspired you, tell them.
If their kindness mattered, tell them.

We spend so much time thinking good things about people and so little time saying them out loud.
