I’m thrilled to share that Coughlan Realty has officially moved to Brokerage. This is an exciting next chapter, and one I’m incredibly proud of.

The same hands-on approach, honest advice, and commitment to putting clients first remains exactly the same and I’m happy to share that my outstanding team is coming with me, continuing to deliver the same high level of care and expertise you’ve come to expect.
What is changing is the experience around it. By joining The Nook, I’m able to elevate the way we market and showcase homes; think enhanced staging options, increased listing exposure, and the power of a larger, collaborative office behind every transaction. All of this means even more value, visibility, and results for my clients.
