🏠 Renting can be expensive — but what if homeownership is more within reach than you think?

With rental costs continuing to be a major monthly expense, it’s worth taking a look at what your own homeownership options might look like.

And here’s something many people don’t realize:

You don’t need perfect credit to get a mortgage.

Your credit score is only one piece of the picture. Lenders can also consider your income, employment/income stability, existing debts, down payment, and overall financial picture when determining what mortgage options may be available.

So if you’ve been thinking:

❌ “I have too much debt.”
❌ “I’m self-employed, so I probably won’t qualify.”
