A few things I wish more people knew about working with a realtor:

You don't need to have it all figured out before you reach out. I'm here for the "just curious" stage too, not just the "ready to sign" stage.

There's no dumb question. I promise I've heard it before.

And most importantly, this is your journey. My job is to make sure you feel supported every step of the way, not rushed through it.

One of my favourite parts of living and working in this community is discovering the local spots that make it feel like home, and .Benissimo is definitely one of them.

We stopped in recently and it was everything you want in a neighbourhood Italian spot: cozy atmosphere, genuinely warm service, and food that made us want to slow down and stay a while. Supporting local isn't just something I say, it's something I love getting to do, especially when it tastes this good.

Okay but is it actually kinda chic, or am I just really lucky to do what I do in a community I love this much?

Some days it's spreadsheets and showings. Other days it's standing in someone's new kitchen watching them realize it's really theirs. Either way, I wouldn't trade this job (or this town) for anything.
