This July, low-rise new home sales across the GTA have once again surpassed expectations, maintaining a four-month streak above the 10-year average—thanks in large part to strong demand tied to the HST rebate program. There were 1,018 new sales, with single-family homes selling at a rate 50% higher than the average and condo sales rising 40% year-over-year.
