That amazing townhouse I listed for my client is gone! Congrats to the new buyers, we hope you enjoy it!

My client is looking to relocate, and needed to sell her home before she could look forward to her new destination. After previewing the home, I came up with a game plan to stage the house in a way that showcased all of the unique features, and to ensure that we were able to highlight the usability of the entire floor plan.

I take a personal approach and devote my attention to each clients individual needs. Once we spoke, the next day I went over and spent a few hours with her and made sure she was comfortable with the entire home selling process.

The market has shifted a bit with more homes coming online, but we were able to still secure a solid price well above asking.

I have been working with a very nice family with a young child for some time now, and they were looking to make a move out west. They are from Ontario, and were very frustrated with the lack of affordability, so they decided to expand their search.

Calgary and the surrounding areas are made up of many communities, each with there own unique amenities. We previewed a lot of listings online to narrow down their needs, then I went out west and was able to personally view many properties they were interested in before they arrived.

My clients flew to Calgary so they could view homes in person, since I spent time to educate them before they arrived, we were able to hit the ground running.

I'm happy to say that the family was able to secure a very nice detached home on a very generous lot size close to great schools.

Congratulations to my clients for closing on this beauty today. I have shown hundreds of homes to many wonderful people but I will never forget how my clients fell in love with this home. It checked off their wish list and then some. We stood in the living room and talked about how they could envision raising their kids and making memories in this place.
After a long search and a few offers this beauty came on the market and we were able to secure it for below asking....unheard of in the GTA spring market! Nothing makes me more thrilled then helping families move into their dream home.

I sold both neighbors homes and recently put up SOLD signs. The true sign of a good Realtor are happy clients, and I'm so thrilled that they will be moving on to their dream homes.
