Fees for Home Inspections - Pre Purchase, Pre Listing or Pre Delivery
Note:Travel premiums may apply to properties inspected outside Metropolitan Toronto. All prices are subject to HST. Fees subjected to adjustments beyond 2012.

Add $300 to all fees for coach houses & ancillary buildings.

FOR HOUSES UP TO $900,000.00 - $525
FOR HOUSES UP TO $1,000,000.00 - $550
FOR HOUSES UP TO $1,250,000.00 - $550 - $600
FOR HOUSES UP TO $1,500,000.00 - $625 - $700
FOR HOUSES UP TO $2,000,000.00 - $725 - $850
FOR HOUSES UP TO $2,500,000.00 - $875 - $1,000

3. PROBLEM SOLVING INSPECTIONS.
$250.00 (minimum) for first hour, $150.00 per hour thereafter for on-site and reporting services.
4. NEW HOMES (P.D.I.'S AND PRE-EXPIRY OF WARRANTY)
$450.00 for houses under 2,500 sq. ft.
$475.00 for houses between 2,500 sq. ft. and 3,500 sq. ft.
