These opaque garage doors add a stylish, contemporary feel to the exterior of a home. They also let a lot of natural light into a garage without allowing any visibility.

This room offers some really good flexibility. The large window areas allow a great amount of sunshine to light up the room.

On the other hand, if you're watching a movie, simply draw those dark curtains and you've basically created your own in-home theatre. Much of a room's value is determined by its flexibility and the potential of what a new homeowner could do with it.

Having to make the decision between taking a dip in a beautiful pool or swimming in the crystal clear ocean would be a welcome dilemma for any of us. For the lucky owners of this home, it must be a daily struggle. Pretty good problem to have.
