• Home ownership and affordability remain top concerns for Canadians
• Affordability has improved, but the 2025 average selling price was about $1,050,000
• 2026 average price forecast: ~$1M (approx. $50K decrease)

• Interest rates have dropped from 2023 highs (6%+) to just over 4%

A little client love 💕 goes a long way! I put my heart and soul into making my clients feel at home 🏡 whether buying or selling, their smile and happiness is my true reward.

This particular elderly man felt like his deceased wife was calling on him to make a move to Rosedale Village in Brampton. So, I got the ball rolling to put his condo in Georgetown up for sale. Within days the stars aligned and a perfect buyer turned up, allowing him to go home shopping at Rosedale. Again within days, we found the perfect modern condo suite for him. Once he moved in, he was practically in tears 😭 saying how he felt so much at home and close to the love of his life who he misses so much! Now he feels at home and is quite happy mix and mingling with the senior community there.

Moments like this is what I live for. To be a part of such a journey was my privilege.
