It is a good day. The last member of Urealtor Team got the Vaccine!
Since Real Estate is an Essential Service, I have been working outside of the home. I am very careful with my client's health and safety....always wearing mask, using hand sanitizer and gloves. I have even suggested that "if you don't need to move right now - wait".
I will still wear my PPEs and limit my "going out" BUT now I have extra protection...the Vaccine, protecting my clients, family, and strangers from Covid.
Every little bit helps!

SOLD! My clients wanted a stress-free sale of their 1st home. I had to break it to them that it there is NO such thing as a stress-free sale.
What I do is reduce the stress for everyone -- that includes your fur kids.
Kylo and Nymeria had a great time at grandma and grandpa's house while their house was being visited by many many buyers. Now they are looking forward to their very own backyard, bigger playroom, and maybe a sofa of their own.

Congrats to my clients and new homeowner.

My clients lived in 73 Monaco Court for over 12 years. It was the perfect 1st home for them...they grew into space.

However, their family changed and needed a larger home. They are moving into their "forever home" this spring. A home that will give them space for their children and their lifestyle.

I like to tell my clients when buying a home --the best deal is getting a home that has enough room for you now and the mid-future. You don't want to move after 3 years because of lack of space.

We under lockdown...again. Please everyone keep safe and healthy. Pip told me the secret of a happy life...Sleep, Play, Talk, and Hugs. We learn so much from our pets. (In my case..my fur baby)
