TRREB - Housing 🏡 Market Report " what happened in a Year"
As restrictions begin to loosen and some business get back to business, the residential real estate market got a little busier.
There was an increase of ⬆55% in sales activity.
The average price of the property went up by ⬆ 3% Year over year.
This shows that the buyers confidence is back and the market is getting busier.
We should not forget that the pressure is still on the months of inventory which is low ⬇ and clear indication of a sellers market.
This is a macro stats of the market.

The wait is over. Treb released the Annual Stats📈 today. In short the sales were ⬇18.3% less compared to last year. But hey the sky is not falling down. I looked up the average yearly sales in last 10 years were at 91,064 annually. But the interesting part is that the average selling price compared to 2016 was up⬆ by 12.7%.
Also looked at last 10 years average price increase, it is sitting at 7%. Not a returns on your investment correct?
