Celebrating a few new hires!

Alyssa Paruag has joined Kaneff Group as HR Generalist. With over 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including construction, real estate, and property management, Alyssa brings a wealth of knowledge to the company. Being people-oriented, Alyssa pursued a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from York University.

In addition to her professional experience, Alyssa is a creative individual who finds inspiration in both artwork and nature. Her love of learning extends to history, and when she is not working, she enjoys relaxing at home with her dog Kashew, and stargazing by a bonfire.

Mandeep Kaur has joined Kaneff Group as the Residential Property Administrator. She has spent over four years in Property Management: starting her career in Alberta as Property Assistant, and through her thoroughness and quality of work, was promoted to Property Manager (winning Best Property Manager for two months straight!).

Mandeep originally studied in India, furthering her studies at Centennial College and Cambrian College, focused on Business Management. She is eager to continue developing her skills and knowledge, and excited to be working at Kaneff. She thinks everyone has been very welcoming, and the company's work ethic is positive and collaborative.

Fun facts about Mandeep? She loves bowling, pool, and long drives to the countryside. She also loves traveling and has visited most of the Canadian provinces. She would like to plan a vacation to go to Amsterdam, next.

Crystal Gaudaur has joined Kaneff Group as the Commercial Property Administrator. Before Kaneff, Crystal worked in the automotive industry for 15 years, as well as corporate accounting, and is excited to start her career in the real estate Industry.

Outside of work, Crystal is a mother of two very active boys and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
