Did I mention September brings back the FUN?! 😆

Started the day off with our Brandon Area REALTORS® Board meeting, then scurried back to the RE/MAX office just in time to catch the tail end of our bi-weekly meeting.

Because apparently one meeting a day just isn’t enough in September. 😂

And of course… I can’t miss a catered lunch from Original Joe’s. Priorities. 🤷‍♀️😂🌯🍠

Busy, productive, meeting-filled days are officially back—and honestly, I kinda love it! ❤️

If there’s one season that has my whole heart, it’s FALL. 🍂🧡

I’m not even going to pretend I’m here for the slow-down… I LOVE the structure, the routines, the full calendars and that feeling of everyone getting back into the swing of things. 😆

But mostly… I’m here for the crisp mornings, cozy sweaters, pumpkin everything, coffee, crunchy leaves and those ridiculously gorgeous colours. 🍁☕️

Basically, I’m falling for fall… hard. 😂❤️

It’s the season that makes me want to leaf everything behind and go for a drive just to look at the trees. 🍂🤣

And if you need me, I’ll be over here falling for houses AND falling for fall. 🏡🍁

Well, apparently my bus bench needed a little makeover while I wasn’t looking! 🤣
The devil ears, fangs, scribbled-out eyes, and a “Lil Peep does it better” tattoo on my neck… I’m not sure if I’m selling houses or auditioning for a horror movie! 😈🏡😂
I leave my face on a bus bench for a little advertising, and this is what I get?! 💀

September days in real estate are my absolute favourite! 🍂❤️💙
Started my day with a Zoom meeting with my Manitoba Real Estate Board friends, followed by the first Chamber Lunch of the season (complete with great food and even better company! 😋).
Then came an ACCEPTED OFFER! 🥳🏡
And now I’m wrapping up the day at my Open House from 6:00–7:30 PM at 233 Meadows Cres. Come say hi!
Did I mention how much I LOVE September and all the fun, busy, exciting things that come with work?! ❤️💙
