There are a lot of reasons to hire a REALTOR®.
But here are the big ones…

1️⃣ Pricing it right is everything.
Overprice it? It sits.
Underprice it? You leave money on the table.
Both cost you big bucks!

2️⃣ Are you ready for 30 to 70 showings and 9 offers?
The 11 p.m. texts. The 5 a.m. emails. The negotiating. That is not extra. That is our job.

And the reason some homes are getting multiple offers and that volume of showings is not because they were posted on Facebook Marketplace.
