🏡 A BITTERSWEET CLOSING & TWO NEW BEGINNINGS 🔑

Today was a great day as my clients officially closed the sale of the home they have loved for 46 years.

After nearly five decades of memories, raising their family and calling this house “home,” handing over the keys was understandably bittersweet. But today also marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter as they transition to apartment living-a more maintenance-free lifestyle that better suits them at this stage of their lives ❤️

And on the other side of those keys are wonderful young first-time homebuyers, equally excited to begin their own chapter and start making memories in their very first home 🏡✨

It truly was one of those feel-good sales all around...one family saying goodbye to a home filled with decades of memories, while another gets to say, “We bought our first home!” 💪
