Just a quick update on the local residential Real Estate Market.

Attached below are the detailed statistics for the month of September and Year to Date for Brantford

As you can see it continues to be a strong market, average Days on Market remain low at 27 days and it is my experience that properties being priced well are receiving very close to the asking price.

Although the inventory of homes is up slightly from this time last year, 7.4%, properties priced well in good locations and good condition are receiving very healthy activity.

If you, or anyone you know of is considering a sale, now strategically planning such a sale is critical.
