Best. Listing appointment. Ever. 🥬🌊

Yesterday's appointment in Broad Cove, just minutes from Risser's Beach, turned into a full-on organic produce haul. This garden is 100% organic and absolutely pumping out the veg — the seller sent me home with an incredible haul, including a cabbage the size of a newborn baby. 😂

And since Broad Cove Beach happens to be on the very same road? Obviously had to stop.

Some days this job comes with beach views and fresh veggies. I'll take it.

Take two. 😂🎒 First day of school is finally here — the BRUH t-shirt made it back out of the drawer, the outfit's on, and we are SO ready for another great year!

After Thursday's dam breach detour, there's something extra sweet about a normal Tuesday morning. Backpacks by the door, nervous excitement, that first-day photo on the front step — it's a small thing, but it's one of my favourite parts of the year.
