June Market Update — Brockville & Area 📍🏡
As we move through June, the Brockville real estate market continues to stay active with a healthy mix of new listings, motivated buyers, and steady demand across the region.
We’re seeing more inventory hit the market compared to earlier this spring, which is giving buyers a few more options and creating a more balanced pace overall. Well-priced homes are still selling quickly — especially properties that are move-in ready and located in desirable neighbourhoods.
Interest rates continue to play a big role in buyer decisions, but many people are adjusting to the current market conditions and moving forward with confidence.
