AIC Professional Appraisers (P.App.) complete AIC’s Program of Professional Study, which includes university-based education delivered in partnership with the University of British Columbia and Université Laval. They are also required to successfully complete an applied experience program and examination as well as a professional competency interview, and must hold a degree from a recognized Canadian university in order to become designated.
