A recent condo transaction got me thinking about how much these deals have changed. More rules, more documentation, and a lot more inventory on the market, all of which makes things more challenging for sellers and the brokers representing them.

**JUST SOLD | Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu

🏡 Claire first reached out to me after I had recently sold a townhouse just around the corner from hers. She was planning a move back to the area where she grew up and had already found her next home, so timing was especially important.

With an accepted offer already in place on her purchase, we needed to move quickly and get her townhouse sold within the required timeline.
