Huge congratulations to our amazing clients on securing this beautiful bungalow freehold town! 🏡✨

This one felt extra special from the start. Not only did we manage to lock it in 10k under asking (and with all the appliances included 🎉), but we’re also the only buyers in the entire complex who were able to negotiate under the builder’s price — a little victory that made this deal even sweeter.

What I love most though is how perfectly this home fits their lives. Across from the golf course, seconds to the lake and hospital, and best of all — just a short drive to visit their kids and grandchildren. Truly, it ticked 12 out of 10 boxes on their wish list.

After 4 years of running my business solo, I realized how invaluable it is to have not only a team, but a true community behind me. Better late than never! The past few weeks have been a whirlwind of showings, offers, and deals closed 🔥

We’ve had the pleasure of helping multiple clients secure amazing properties across Oakville, Burlington, and Grimsby - each with its own set of unique wins.

After a focused search and strategic pivot, we locked in a gorgeous, brand new unit for our Oakville clients in a stunning, state-of-the-art building on Khalsa.

Main St? Listed and gone in a flash.

Church? Listed, and also snapped up quickly!

Our buyer client who just missed out on our unit at Odyssey in Grimsby a few weeks ago got their redemption, and we were able to secure another beautiful unit in the building for them.
