These have officially become my grab-and-go mom snack.
Almonds for protein.
Dates for natural sweetness.
Cherries for that little tart bite.
I keep a batch in the fridge all week for when life gets busy (which is… always).

1 cup pitted Medjool dates
2 cups raw almonds
2 cups dried tart cherries
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ cup toasted oats
Blend dates + cherries until you have a sticky paste. Coarsely chop almonds. Mix almonds, cinnamon + cardamom into the date mixture. Press into a parchment-lined pan. Sprinkle toasted oats on top & press in. Chill 15 minutes, then slice.
