Let’s take a minute and talk about GOALS…

Many of us have heard about the SMART goals acronym
S is for Specific - well defined!
M is for Measurable - make sure you’ve quantified how success will be measured
A is for Actionable - action steps required to achieve your goal
R is for Realistic - goals should challenge and stretch you, not make you give up
T is for Time - a timeline to achieve this goal and hold yourself accountable

While reading the book Limitless by , he elaborates on getting these goals out of our head and into our hands.
That means making sure they fit with our emotions… with our HEART.

H is for Healthy - do your goals support your well-being? Do they contribute to your mental, physical and emotional health?
E is for Enduring - do your goals inspire and sustain you during the difficult times when you want to quit?
A is for Alluring - are your goals exciting, enticing and engaging that you’re pulled towards them?
R is for Relevant - are your goals in line with your life’s purpose or your core values?
T is for Truth - is that goal something you truly want, or is it set because others are expecting you to achieve it. It needs to remain true to you!
