What’s one of the nicest things you can do for someone who owns their own business?

Honestly, it’s the little things. ❤️

Those small actions might seem insignificant, but for entrepreneurs, they can mean the world.

A huge congratulations to my incredible clients on the sale of 2236 Centre Road!

This one has been kept under wraps for a little while. We were fortunate enough to secure a sale during the very first weekend on the market, but we've been patiently awaiting the completion of the conditional period. Now it's official... SOLD! 🎉

This property holds so much history, and so many memories. Generations of the same family have loved, cared for, and created memories here, making this milestone especially meaningful. While it's never easy to say goodbye to a place filled with so many cherished moments, it's incredibly exciting to see a new family just as eager to begin their own chapter and create memories of their own at this stunning and unique property.

OPEN HOUSE ETIQUETTE 101 🏡😂
Okay friends, quick little tips before you head out open housing this weekend…

Rule number one:
You do NOT have to knock.
You do NOT have to ring the doorbell.
You have already been invited! 😂
Just come on in. We promise we’ll greet you when you arrive.

Rule number two:
Leave the dogs at home.
Listen… we LOVE dogs. Obsessed with dogs. But not every homeowner wants surprise paw prints, slobber, dog hair, or chaos in their house. Plus, you never know if there are allergies… or cats inside plotting revenge.

Rule number three:
If you open a door — close the door.
Going out to the patio? Close it.
Checking out the garage? Close it.
Basically… leave the house the way you found it. We’re not trying to air-condition the neighbourhood. 😂

And lastly…
Can’t believe we even have to say this… but let’s avoid using the washroom during open houses.
And CERTAINLY… absolutely never… under any circumstances… are we doing a number two. 🚫💩

But honestly — enjoy open housing!
It’s such a fun way to get a first sneak peek of homes, explore different styles and neighbourhoods, and then if you love something, you can always come back for a private showing with your agent later.
