Another deconversion under contract!

This one has taken eight months so far, with six of those spent negotiating with all the owners. We’re finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Huge thanks to our entire team for their hard work and an extra shout-out to a solid team member who handled the negotiations and all the challenges that came with them.

I still haven’t personally seen the property yet beyond some pictures and videos, but it looks like a good one. Buy quality, not quantity! Now it’s time for due diligence!

Mustard the Toy Horse That No One Wanted

When my kids got a toy horse set, there was one mustard yellow horse that none of them wanted to play with. So, I made him mine. Now he's become a bit of a household icon. I take Mustard with me on all my travels and adventures over the years, sending photos of him back to the kids, from vacations, business trips and trips up north. Wherever I go, Mustard usually tags along.

Last week, I took my dad on a musky fishing trip for his 60th birthday up on the Upper French River. We stayed at the Tilted Touque, that Terry and his son Ethan run, I only had one fish on, and it got off near the boat, but it was still an awesome trip with great memories. Solid warm-up for next month!

Have another multi-plex building under contract for a little while now and have been working on it for the past few months. I’m really excited about this one, it's still in the conditional stage, but we’re getting close to firming it up!

A lot of time, effort, and due diligence has gone into this deal, and I’m looking forward to sharing more details soon.

🏆 This is one of the highest honors a real estate agent can achieve, and I'm so proud to be recognized for it. Along with being in the Top 10 for the total number of deals transacted per month, this milestone means so much to me.

I've been involved in real estate since my early 20s, learning the ins and outs of the industry the hands-on way, something most people don’t get to experience unless they’ve truly been in the field. Over the years, I’ve surrounded myself with industry and business leaders, and that has fueled my growth and success.

Last year, while managing million-dollar electrical projects, and working real estate part-time, I had my opportunity to left my full-time job at the end of August to pursue my passion that for real estate full-time.
