As our team continues to navigate this active spring market, we’re proud to share our residential team stats so far in 2026.
It’s been a crazy year in real estate. After many buyers sat on the sidelines through uncertainty and fluctuating rates, we’ve started to see confidence return to the market as pricing has relatively stabilized. The Spring market is still active, and well-positioned homes are continuing to attract strong activity.
Our team has continued to outperform the market average in both average days on market and sale-to-list price ratio — something we’re incredibly proud of.
What we’re continuing to see firsthand is that homes priced appropriately are still moving in today’s market. While conditions are still leaning slightly toward a buyer’s market, inventory is absolutely selling when everything on the backend is executed properly.
Strategic pricing, thoughtful staging, strong marketing, and a clear game plan continue to play a major role in helping homes stand out and perform strongly in today’s market.
