If you have money to invest before selling, put it where buyers will actually notice it: paint, decluttering, cleaning and professional photography.

And renovations? Do them because you want to enjoy your home while you live there not because you’re assuming the next buyer will pay you back for them.
✨ Sell the house you have. Present it beautifully.
