Royal LePage has adjusted its price forecast for 2023 given stronger-than-expected demand and limited supply. It now expects a price increase.

I hope you all had a great Easter Weekend.

The markets in Burlington, GHA (Greater Hamilton Area) and Oakville continue to chug along with limited inventory and healthy sales figures.

Below is the table with the Sales trends and MOI (Months of Inventory) as of today (April 11, 2023) for Burlington, Greater Hamilton, and Oakville. Toronto's figures are from March 2023 (same as last week).

The lead up to a busy family holiday, often temporary slows the market, so it was nice to see the 7 day sales remain as healthy as they have been recently. I'm going to suggest that we will see a boost in the quantity of new listings over the next 3 weeks, now that Easter is behind us.

MOI (Months of Inventory) improved in Burlington and remained stable in GHA and Oakville. Burlington continues to be the most active market of the three.
