Having worked with successful new home builders in Toronto and Hamilton, and a development firm in Burlington as Director of Real Estate Development, I had the opportunity to be involved in the planning and construction of many new residential subdivision projects throughout the Greater Toronto and Greater Golden Horseshoe Areas. I am particularly proud of the role I played in the development and construction of amongst others, The Orchard and Alton communities in Burlington, Joshua Creek in Oakville, and Ancaster Meadowlands and Stoney Creek on the Ridge in Hamilton.
I always appreciated that what we did, the projects we built, were for real people with real emotions making the largest investment of their lives. That is not a responsibility I have ever taken lightly.
