Nowadays, people are able to find everything online and online ads are a lot cheaper than magazine ads. I just simply pass the savings on to my clients. Few things to keep in mind:
1. There is no standard real estate commission

2. Real estate commission is negotiable
3. Sellers pay for real estate commission for both agents
