Such a fun day at Alana Leger Wellness | Wellness & Lifestyle Creator annual wellness event yesterday. 💕

One of my favourite parts of the day wasn’t the breathwork, the movement session, or even getting to spend the day with great friends (although all of those were amazing).

It was hearing Alana talk about her very first wellness event.

A few years ago, at her very first event, only 3 people showed up. But she gave that small group the exact same energy, heart, and attention that she gives today.

Fast forward to now, and her annual wellness day has grown into something truly special.

Watching a friend build a business from an idea into a thriving community is such a reminder that success rarely happens overnight. It comes from showing up, staying consistent, and continuing to believe in what you’re creating. Even when the audience is small.

So proud of you, Alana. 💕 And grateful to spend the day surrounded by incredible women, all dressed in pink, cheering each other on.

Sometimes the biggest milestones don’t happen overnight.

They are built slowly, over years of hard work, patience, sacrifice, and countless decisions made when nobody is watching. Head down. Staying the course. Trusting that what you’re working toward will eventually take shape.
