I have no issue with TAG sending out an e-mail saying you can forward (send to us) your proxy vote. But if it was not filled out completely it is to be voided, if whom that proxy was supose to go to was blank & TAG gave it to anyone (like Mr. I'm Broke) that's going to be a problem. I want to know how many PROXY votes were turned into, via e-mail/mail etc. any & all, TAG Management & from whom they came. Since those individuals need to confirm they sent them in with "X" assigned to use there vote.
