In July, Burlington’s average selling price fell more than 7% month-over-month, while Oakville continued to carry unusually high inventory. So what does this mean if you’re buying or selling right now?

Why Can’t Burlington Ontario Build a Waterfront Destination Like Van Wagner’s Beach 🏝️

This is our shoreline, 60+ years ago. A massive outdoor pool. A full amusement park. Thousands of people every weekend.

Today, we can’t even agree on what our waterfront should look like.

Municipal elections are this October. I want every mayoral candidate to answer one question: what is your vision for Burlington’s waterfront in 2055? Not next year. Not the next budget. The next generation.

One mistake after mortgage approval can still kill your deal before closing.

Do not open new credit.
Do not buy the car.
Do not finance furniture.
Do not change jobs without speaking to your mortgage broker.
Do not move large amounts of money without a paper trail.

Mortgage approval is not the finish line. Closing is.
