These are photos of a recent eviction I attended - not a pretty sight. It's not the worst I've seen (a"5" on a scale of 1-20). The most disturbing thing is that this Mother is raising her children in this squalor. Drastic changes are needed with the Landlord & Tenant Act such as; collecting security deposits which might deter tenants from damaging their unit & when the tenant is collecting social assistance (as this one was), then OW should immediately redirect the shelter monies to the landlord.
