We Offer Landscape Maintenance Services That Includes:
• Mowing and edging all lawn areas
• Lawn fertilization
• W**d control in flower beds (Spraying only)
• Trimming/pruning bushes
• Cutting back perennials and annuals in the fall/winter
• Picking up leaves and branches
• Raking/blowing flower beds
• Blowing all hard surfaces (driveways, walkways, patios, etc)
• Hauling away yard debris
Service Frequency:
We will service your property every-other week (bi-weekly) year round. All the services we do throughout the year are added up and divided by 12 months, equaling the same monthly payment each month. All services included above will be performed as needed.
Payment Information:
We bill our invoices via email, the next month for the previous month’s service. Our invoices are sent out on the 1st of each month, and are due by the 11th of each month.
How to pay:
You can either pay Cash once you receive the Invoice, or send us a E-transfer to the E-mail address on the Invoice.
Our Guarantee:
We will make sure your property looks clean and manicured after each service. If at anytime you feel like that’s not the case then please let us know immediately.

In the winter we shift from landscaping to snow removal and property maintenance.
We clear snow and ice from stairs, sidewalks and drive ways for homes and buildings.
As well as entire parking lots for businesses and apartment buildings.
- Our winter services include:
Snow Removal by Hand / Truck plow & ATV Plow
Spreading of Snow melt ( Three Options: Calcium Chloride, Rock Salt or Sand)
Blowing off parking lots.
Q: How much will this cost me?
A: Our average price is $140-$180/mo for a standard sized lot. However; the price varies on how many shrubs, how big the lawn is, what size property, location, etc. Please contact us for a free quote for your property.

A: YES ! We do offer organic and eco-friendly options for landscape maintenance.
