The Vancouver market continues to offer opportunities for both buyers and sellers as we head into summer. โ˜€๏ธ

๐Ÿ“‰ Overall home sales were down 3.5% compared to last May, largely due to softer apartment sales. However, detached homes actually saw a slight increase in sales, while townhomes remained relatively stable.

๐Ÿ“‹ Inventory remains healthy, with nearly 17,000 homes currently available across Metro Vancouver. More choice means buyers can take their time, while sellers need strong marketing and PROPER PRICING to stand out.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Benchmark Prices:
๐Ÿก Detached Homes: $1,847,900 (-6.9% year-over-year)
๐Ÿ˜๏ธ Townhomes: $1,048,200 (-5.1% year-over-year)
