I didn’t go roaring into 40… I peacefully stepped into it.

August has been full of little moments family, friends, work, laughter, slowing down and just enjoying where I am.

I thought turning 40 would feel like this huge milestone.

Instead, it feels calm.

Not needing to arrive with a bang, but appreciating everything it took to get here.

Hello again! It’s been a while...Life has been full!!Enjoying summer with family and friends, travelling within Canada 🏔️, and continuing to serve my clients behind the scenes.

I’ve always put a lot of energy into showing up for my clients, family and my community offline. And now, I’m making more of an effort to show up here too.
