Everyone talks about “buy low, sell high.”
Simple words, but in reality, very few ever pull it off.

Yet at 833 Seymour Street, we wrote that story for real:

📄Think the Feature Sheet Tells You Everything?

A lot of people think that once they’ve read the feature sheet, they’ve basically got the full picture of the property.

But here’s the truth: that sheet only shows what’s on the surface.

Take this house in Burnaby (7549 10th Avenue Burnaby). The feature sheet says it sits on a 6,432 sq ft lot. Sounds pretty standard, right?

What it doesn’t tell you?
The backyard opens directly onto 5.33 acres of parkland. 🌳

I was immediately impressed by this house the first time I visited. The living room’s exceptionally high ceiling is a rare feature for a duplex, and despite the tall ceiling, the total living space is still close to 2,000 square feet. The renovation quality is excellent, the location is very convenient, and the interior layout is quite square and functional. The color scheme is also modern and bright. Even the rental unit is finished to a high standard—unlike most rental properties, which often use lower-grade materials. After seeing in the video that the seller had moved out the furniture in preparation for the handover, the house appeared even more spacious and filled with light! I do miss the seller’s four beautiful, affectionate cats a little though. Congratulations to both the seller and the buyer—I wish you all the best in the future!

第一次來到這個房子的時候就被這個房子驚艷到。客廳的超高天花板是雙拼屋非常少見的,即使天花板這麼高整體居住面積還有接近兩千尺。裝修質量非常好,交通很方便,室內格局也很方正,配色風格也很現代敞亮,出租單位裝修品質也很不錯,不像大部分出租單位用比較次級的裝修。影片里看到賣家把傢具搬走準備交屋後,這個房子更是寬敞明亮!就是有點想念賣家4隻漂亮親人的貓咪了。恭喜賣家買家,祝大家未來都一切順利!
