Please note that our office is currently experiencing a prolonged power outage, which will impact our regular business operations today.

In order to prioritize the most urgent situations that arise, please note that our phone system will only be used for handling emergency situations only at this time. If you need to reach any of our staff about a non urgent item, please send them an email and they will return your correspondence as soon as they can.

Staff will be working remotely, however as a result of the power outage normal service levels will be disrupted.

As 2024 begins to draw to an end, we wanted to pass along a big festive thank you to all of our staff and clients - we hope you all get to enjoy some quality time with your loved ones and have a great Christmas.

Plesae note, over the coming week, our office will have some adjusted opening hours:

December 25th to 27th - Office closed (please note our 24/7 line will still be in effect to assist with emegency issues).
December 30th and 31st - Office open as usual.
January 1st - Office closed.

🚨❄️ Please note that due to the snowfall and dangerous travelling conditions, our office will be closed to in person visitors today (Wednesday January 17th).

Services will be continued to be offered as our staff work remotely, however given the sharp increase in incoming calls that weather events like this cause, your patience is greatly appreciated.
