As an investor in the presale market I have to admit I have been VERY nervous about some of our investments in the last few years. In 2021 Tien Sher launched their building ‘🦩Flamingo One’ at the peak of the Surrey presale craze and I felt like we were one of the lucky ones to get a unit. The whole building sold in 2 days, to what I can only imagine were 90% investors. Well in the last 4 years the market has changed considerably and I felt like we may have made a big mistake…. UNTIL I saw the quality of the building, the incredible amenities and this view!

Well done !! This is an investment I am proud to hold on to. I am also happy for my clients as well because you delivered what you said you would!
There are no guarantees when picking Investments but if you getting into a great development is a good thing no matter what the market is doing.
