The market does not seem like it will be slowing down anytime soon, as again we continue to have all time low supply and exorbitant amount of demand. With low rates to just top it all off. For the first month of 2022 we have had almost 30% less listing thus leading prices to increase on average about seventy thousand in just one month. The market is on fire 🔥.
