🚨 First-Time Home Buyers — This Could Save You Thousands

Most people don’t realize the federal government offers a GST rebate for first-time home buyers on new housing.

And here’s the part many buyers miss 👇

“New” doesn’t always mean built tomorrow.

Some homes that were built recently (even up to about a year ago) and never lived in can still qualify as new housing.

That means a brand-new or recently built home could come with a GST rebate opportunity if you’re a first-time buyer and it will be your primary residence.

💡 With the number of new builds and builder inventory homes around Calgary, this is something first-time buyers should absolutely know about.
